I'm Anton. I spent eight years trying to fix my health while doctors shrugged. Gut issues, brain fog, fatigue — and eventually a thyroid condition that had been quietly running the show the whole time.

No one gave me a system. So I built one.

My background is in finance, business, and AI. I think in frameworks, not feelings. Over years of reading longevity science and testing it on myself, I developed a root-cause approach that actually moved the needle.

Yes. All meals are cooked on-site by the founder, so we can adapt to allergies, intolerances, and preferences. Just mention it in the booking form and we'll work it out before you arrive.
Fly into Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Milan Bergamo (BGY). From there, take a direct train or bus to Verbania — about 1.5 hours. We pick you up from Verbania bus/train station. We'll send detailed travel instructions after booking.
No. This is an educational retreat. Anton is not a doctor and does not diagnose or treat conditions. You'll learn a framework for understanding your health and leave with a personal action plan — but any medical decisions should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
It's a mountain coliving space — comfortable, clean, and surrounded by nature. It is not a luxury resort. Think warm wood, simple rooms, communal spaces, and a focus on the experience rather than the thread count. There are four room tiers from shared rooms to private ensuite doubles.
Absolutely. Most guests come solo. The small group size (12–15) means you'll get to know everyone quickly. The atmosphere is collaborative, not cliquey.
